The Flex London User Group Welcomes Mihai Corlan for an evening of Hands-On on Flash Mobile Development
This is a hands on bring your own laptop event that will guide flex developers though the main concepts and workflows of building mobile applications using Flex 4.5.1.
You will learn how to create mobile applications, deploy them, and test/debug, as well as learning a basic understanding of Flex mobile development, skinning and styling using Flash Builder 4.5.1.
The Evening Schedule

6.00pm Hands on BYOL
8.15pm Break
8.30pm A short session about how to build a business case around your mobile application
9.00pm Out to the pub Beers and chat.
We would like to stress that places are limited so please make sure that if you can't make it after booking to let us know so somebody else can come.
How to get there
The nearest tube station is Elephant and Castle which is on the Northern line and Bakerloo line. If you are coming by tube when you arrive at Elephant and Castle follow signs for London South Bank University (it is quite a confusing station to navigate). From the station turn right and walk ahead until you meet the first road on your right, Ontario Street. Walk along Ontario Street to the cross junction. The tall red brick building to the left across the road is the Keyworth Centre. Enter the revolving doors and go to the reception.
